Rather than rushing into treatment, we begin with a comprehensive evaluation and a genuine conversation. From there, your doctor will explain what they see, answer your questions, and help you consider the next steps.

A cleaning may be completed during the same visit when scheduling and oral health conditions allow. If signs of gum disease are present, we may first recommend a different type of cleaning designed for your specific needs.

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

• A valid photo ID

• The name of your primary care physician

• Previous dental records or X-rays, if they are available

If another dental office has recent records or X-rays, you may request that they send them to our team before your appointment. We will let you know if additional or updated images are needed.

Please arrive a few minutes early if you have not completed your forms in advance.

We carefully reserve appointment time for each patient so that our doctors and team can provide focused, unhurried care.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Advance notice allows us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Patients who arrive significantly late may need to reschedule or adjust the planned visit so we can remain respectful of the patients scheduled afterward.

If you are experiencing significant dental pain, swelling, a broken tooth, dental trauma, or another urgent concern, contact Mandarin Dentistry promptly. We will ask a few questions, help you understand the appropriate next step, and arrange an appointment as availability allows.
